GROUP CLASSES

Our work outs are designed to easily be adapted for people at every level of fitness and all ages. Once you are a member, sign up in seconds with the Zen Planner app on your device.

Classes are all one hour in length. Every class is capped at 10 people in order to provide individual attention.

We begin class with a group warm up and stretching, then move through the hour with varied exercise programming which is sure to get you feeling great.

Using effective and efficient movements similar to those found in every day life, the ever changing daily workouts are designed to help each athlete achieve their goals. Any workout can easily be adapted to cater to people at any level of fitness, from beginner to professional.

CrossFit classes offer you constantly varied “functional” movement performed at high intensity.

(Well as high intensity as you can handle, which is different for everyone!)

To translate this into plain terms, this means doing a whole lot of work

for various amounts of time in various amounts of ways.

Here’s a rope.

Here’s a weight.

Here’s a ball.

Here’s a box.

CLIMB! LIFT! THROW! JUMP!

NOW DO IT AGAIN!

How many times can you do it in 10 minutes?  

That’s the sort of thing we do at Hatchet…sounds pretty fun, right?

Accomplishing hard work is awesome. Strength is awesome.
