Mitch joined CrossFit many years ago as a relative newbie to the world of fitness. Immediately hooked, he dedicated his time to building strength and knowledge. Mitch now offers his years of experience as both an athlete and a trainer to his members.

In the CrossFit environment, people are encouraged to push their bodies to the extreme. Mitch recognizes the paramount importance of protecting people in this environment. Safety is always the priority.
